广谱型分离液Nycodenz

Nycodenz是一种白色、高亲水性的粉剂，化学成分为碘海醇（Iohexo1，CAS no.66108-95-0），可以配成全能型的非离子密度梯度分离液。

特点：

Nycodenz的分子量为821，密度为2.1 g/ml，是非离子型的、对细胞无毒性的化合物，可用于细胞、细胞器、生物大分子、病毒等各种生物物质的分离或提纯。Nycodenz高亲水性，可以配成80% (w /v)，密度1.426 g/ml的水溶液。用Nycodenz配成的分离液，可以进行高温高压的灭菌。用Nycodenz配成的分离液的密度可以通过测定其折射率来确定。

注意事项：

1、Nycodenz的保质期为5年。
