The WarmStart™ Enzyme Modification Kit provides an easy way to introduce temperature control of non-thermostable enzymes like reverse transcriptase. The WarmStart™ Enzyme Modification Kit reversibly modifies lysine residues, rendering the enzyme inactive at room temperature. The protein activity is restored by heating to 45°C or higher.
