■ 制品说明

本制品是采用探针法进行1 Step Real Time RT-PCR的专用premix试剂。本制品将反转录酶和PCR酶及反应用buffer预先配制成premix形式，由于RT-PCR反应在单个反应管中连续进行，因而，操作更简便，同时降低了污染的风险。反转录酶采用了耐热性高的PrimeScript III RTase，且即使在反应阻害物存在的情况下也能够有效合成cDNA。此外，使用该试剂，也可以实现多个反应同时进行的多重qPCR。为防止PCR反应时的【carryover contamination】，可以使用添加有UNG的One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix, with UNG (Code No. RR601A/B)。通过使用该制品，能够更简便、准确地实现RNA/DNA病毒的快速检出及mRNA的表达分析。

本制品适用于Takara公司Thermal Cycler Dice Real Time System仪器，已确认以下Real Time PCR仪器都适用。
