描述

用重组酶取代动物胰蛋白酶从塑料上解离粘附的哺乳动物细胞。 TrypLE™ Express 中的酶与 TrypLE™ Select 相同，但采用了经济型小包装。 可以冷冻储存，在室温下可稳定储存六个月。 TrypLE™ Express 可用于多种细胞，无需改变实验方案。 无需使用胰蛋白酶抑制剂进行灭活。 在 PBS-EDTA 缓冲液中以 1X 浓度提供，并包含酚红。
