Dual-Range BCA 蛋白质定量试剂盒 (BC03-500)

BCA (bicinchoninic acid) Protein Assay 是最常见的蛋白定量方法，Visual Protein 品牌的BCA 定量试剂盒为两剂型，试剂A 含有 BCA，试剂B则含有硫酸铜 (CuSO₄)。使用前混和两种试剂，在碱性环境下，蛋白质可将二价铜离子Cu²⁺还原为两个单价铜离子Cu⁺，而一个Cu⁺可螯合两个BCA分子，使试剂颜色由苹果绿转变为紫色，此专一性呈色与蛋白质浓度成正比，透过检测562nm 的吸光值，并比对标准蛋白 (例如：BSA) 的校正曲线，可取得蛋白质浓度定量数据。
