EpiSkin^TM 是一种正常人类角质形成细胞在胶原基质上经过气液培养而成的体外重建人类表皮模型。该模型在组织结构上能够模拟正常人类表皮的分层结构，包含具有屏障功能的角质层。该模型可用于体外皮肤刺激性（OECD TG439和中国行业标准SN/T4577-2016 的标准模型） ，皮肤腐蚀性（OECD TG431 标准模型），光毒性，遗传毒性，基因、蛋白组学，经皮吸收/渗透性，细菌粘附，DNA损伤的检测和研究。

EpiSkin^TM is an in  vitro  reconstructed human epidermis from normal human keratinocytes cultured on a collagen matrix at the air-liquid interface. This model is histologically similar to the in vivo human epidermis. The model is widely used in the test and research in vitro of skin irritation (reference model of OECD-TG439 and China Industrial Standard SN/T4577-2016), skin corrosion (reference model of OECD-TG431), Phototoxicity, Genotoxcity, OMICS, Permeability, Bacterial adhesion, DNA damage, etc...
