青霉素-链霉素（Penicillin-Streptomycin Solution）混合液，通常也被称为“双抗”，是体外培养中为预防微生物污染最常用的抗生素，常配制成100倍浓度母液使用。其中，青霉素能够干扰细菌细胞壁的合成，对革兰阳性菌特别有效；而链霉素能够与细菌核糖体30S亚单位结合，抑制细菌蛋白质的合成，对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均有效，但对革兰氏阴性菌特别有效。

青霉素和链霉素联合使用可以预防绝大部分的细菌污染，但青霉素溶液对温度和酸碱度较为敏感，室温易降解，需冷冻保存，PH 6.0～6.5时最为稳定；而链霉素则相对稳定，PH 5.0～7.5时最为稳定。
