The Büchi Sepacore C-605 is a powerful, precise pump module designed for the requirements of preparative flash chromatography and other liquid dosing applications in the laboratory environment. It is ideally suited for continuous conveying of solvents and mobile phases in the flow range from 2.5 to 250 mL/min - ideal for medium to large column sizes.
The system offered here also includes a mixer that can be used for homogenization of mobile phases or gradient generation in combination with two C-605 pumps. This results in a low-pulsation, uniform flow that guarantees reproducible results even with sensitive separations.
The robust, chemical-resistant construction with media contact parts made of PEEK, PTFE and stainless steel ensures maximum resistance to common organic solvents.
