The Huber Unistat 520w is a high-performance, dynamic temperature control system for precise temperature control in research, pilot plants and industrial processes. With an extremely wide temperature range from -55 °C to +250 °C and excellent temperature stability, this system is ideal for demanding applications such as reactor temperature control, process development and scale-up experiments.
Thanks to the proven Unistat technology, the 520w offers short heating and cooling times as well as excellent reproducibility - even with highly exothermic or endothermic reactions. The closed temperature control circuit system protects the heat transfer medium from oxidation and evaporation, reduces maintenance requirements and increases operational safety.
The integrated Pilot ONE control unit with touchscreen offers a modern, user-friendly interface with comprehensive programming, documentation and network connection functions. A wide range of interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, RS232 and SD card enable easy integration into existing systems.
