Downstream-of-Gene transcripts (DoG RNAs) are a novel type of transcripts generated due to transcription termination failure and read-through transcription under cellular stresses, e.g. hyperosmotic stress, heat shock, oxidative stress, hypoxia, viral infections, and cancer. Arraystar Downstream-of-Gene Transcript (DoG RNA) Array is designed to simultaneously detect and quantify DoG RNAs, pre-mRNAs of the host genes, and downstream overlapping transcripts as their potential regulatory targets at high accuracy and specificity.
