Boster Bio's plasma-cell discovery (PCD) technology uses flow cytometry to interrogate individual cells treated with our proprietary chemistry. This unique compound keeps B cells from secreting antibodies and instead retains them on cell membrane. Subsequently the splenocytes are incubated with fluorochrome conjugated antigens and the plasma cells with the highest brightness are screened out for down stream preparation. We also have trade-secrete techniques and know-how to enhance the immunization efficiency, and increase the affinity screening downstream.
