Annexin V 是一种钙离子依赖性磷脂结合蛋白，与磷脂酰丝氨酸 PS 有高度亲和力，可通过细胞外侧暴露 的 PS 与凋亡早期细胞胞膜结合，将 Annexin V 标记荧光染料 iFluor 488 ( E x : 4 8 8 n m , E m : 5 1 4 n m ) ， 利用流式细胞仪或荧光显微镜可检测细胞凋亡。PI 是一种细胞核染料，搭配 Annexin V 使用可将处于不同凋亡 时期的细胞区分开。
  产品应用 本试剂盒可应用于培养细胞凋亡检测（不推荐用于检测组织样本） 流式细胞实验操作步骤： 1.悬浮细胞离心（2000 rpm 离心 5 分钟）收集；贴壁细胞用不含 EDTA 的胰酶消化收集。 2.用 PBS 洗涤细胞两次（2000 rpm 离心 5 分钟） 收集 1-5×105细胞。 3.加入 500 μL 1×Binding Buffer 重悬细胞。 4.加入 5 μL Annexin V-iFluor 488 混匀后加入 5 μL PI 混匀，室温避光反应 15-20 分钟。 5.孵育后将样本置于冰上,准备进行流式检测。
