Returns

We provide a 48-hour full refund guarantee, along with a 30-day parts and labor warranty for our domestic buyers. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, with all packaging intact and tamper seals unbroken. After inspection, we reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of physical damage or are incomplete.

If an item is damaged during return shipping, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier once we notify them of the issue. The claim process will need to be handled between the buyer and the carrier directly.
