The B cells from the immunized pig will be collected, and the antibody RNA will be extracted. With our extensive experience in phage display library construction, a porcine immune library with a diversity up to 1010 will be built. The key step of selection of a quality binder is the biopanning. Several methods have been incorporated, such as solid phase screening, solution-sorting screening, and cell-based screening. The antibody candidates will be enriched, amplified and verified. In addition, our Magic™ Antibody Repertoire Analysis service will provide in-depth knowledge of the resulted sub-library.
