Carmustine is a medication used mainly for chemotherapy and sometimes for immunosuppression before organ transplantation. It is used in the treatment of several types of brain cancer (including glioma, glioblastoma multiforme, medulloblastoma and astrocytoma), multiple myeloma and lymphoma (Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin).
