Transcutaneous monitoring (TCM) is a non-invasive method for patients who need continuous monitoring of oxygen and carbon dioxide with minimal blood draws.

Radiometer provides a complete range of transcutaneous monitoring systems, which cover parameters such as tcpO2, tcpCO2 as well as Masimo SET® SpO2 and pulse rate.

Radiometer’s transcutaneous monitoring systems are specially designed for neonatal intensive care units, intensive care units and sleep diagnostics.

The TCM TOSCA system uses just a single sensor for continuous monitoring of ventilatory status and oxygen saturation in pediatric and adult patients.

A suitable solution for respiratory care and sleep medicine, the TCM TOSCA system is designed to monitor tcpCO2, SpO2 and pulse rate, and can be connected to polysomnographs for overnight monitoring of ventilation and oxygen saturation in patients suffering from sleep-related breathing disorders.

Even better, the TCM TOSCA monitor offers stable measurements and an automated calibration function minimizing waiting time for calibration. The integrated Masimo SET® technology for pulse oximetry provides accurate monitoring of oxygen saturation even during motion. The on-board video tutorials allow you to train staff in how to use the TCM TOSCA monitor, and the tutorial sessions can be reviewed at any time (when not monitoring).

An integrated data memory lets you download patient results to a PC or export them via a USB stick. Want to print out patient reports? Just connect the TCM TOSCA monitor to a printer.

The TCM4 series offers easy-to-use, touch-screen technology and accuracy with automatic calibration and real-time trending of critical parameters.
