L-Leucine
L-Leucine can be a valuable tool in not only muscle building but can also play a critical role in weight loss.
What is L-Leucine?
L-Leucine is an essential amino acid, which means that the body doesn’t produce it naturally.
What exactly does L-Leucine do?
Recent research has discovered that L-Leucine acts in a unique way: it can help burn fat without burning muscle.
