Betahistine mesylate, also known as anti-dizzy, is a histamine H1 receptor agonist, which has the effect of dilating blood vessels, can promote blood circulation in the brainstem and labyrinth, correct vasospasm in the inner ear, and reduce hydropsis in the membranous labyrinth.
