Having many methods setup in-house, we can help you with a number of analyses. We conduct work under BSL-1 (Biosafety Level 1) conditions.

ELISpot/FluoroSpot - Ship us your samples and we’ll perform the ELISpot or FluoroSpot assay for you.

ELISpot/FluoroSpot plate reading - Just send us your developed Mabtech plates, and we’ll read them on Mabtech IRIS. Depending on your request, we’ll provide comprehensive spot data, including spot numbers, RSV values, and well images.

ELISA - After receiving serum, plasma, or supernatants from you, we perform the assay using a Mabtech ELISA kit or a customized ELISA.

Monocyte Activation Test (MAT) assay - We detect pyrogen impurities with MAT assay on your process samples. Using cryopreserved pooled human PBMC, we offer readout with IL-6 ELISA, IL-1β ELISA, and IL-6/IL-1β FluoroSpot. The quantification includes an international standard of endotoxin and other non-endotoxin pyrogens (flagellin, HKSA, R848, PAM3CSK4) can be included in the assay.
