Don’t waste your time experimenting with the renaturation of inclusion bodies. Use NativeFolder^TM and express your correctly folded target protein in the soluble fraction. Simply add water to the provided mix, autoclave and filter sterilize. Recombinant proteins of up to 110 kDa were successfully expressed as soluble fractions using NativeFolder^TM.
