安捷伦分流衬管 GC 可以在不添加额外溶剂的情况下稀释注入的样品。位于分流衬管 GC 底部的定位珠使得可以将多余的载气和样品从分析柱中排出,分流比由进样口流速决定。分流进样可防止气相色谱柱过载,从而提高分离效率。与不分流进样相比,更高的流速可确保更多的活性分析物不会因长时间暴露于进样口内的活性表面而降解。
用于分流进样的安捷伦气相色谱进样口衬管按照严格的尺寸指标制造,可实现理想的进样口性能,其外径、内径和内部特征都符合严格的公差要求。具体而言,我们的直型衬管有助于提高固有的高分流比,更窄的内径和更小的进样量有利于提高分析速度。带烧结玻璃砂芯或石英毛介质的填充衬管有助于捕获非挥发性化合物,保护分析柱。

工作原理
内径和外径
分流衬管的外径 (od) 比相应的不分流衬管略小。更窄的直径可确保样品流的均匀分布,以及排空管保持通畅。
衬管内径和体积在产品组合中保持一致,根据不同的功能和几何形状略有不同,以确保在整个进样过程中保持进样口压力和分流比。样品体积随分流比变化。
分流衬管底部可采用开放式或锥形限流结构。
衬管几何结构
对于由低沸点或高活性化合物组成的挥发性较强的样品,建议使用直型衬管。畅通无阻的流路可大大减少潜在的样品相互作用和进样口歧视问题。
对于组分挥发性差异较大的样品,更倾向于使用几何结构更加多样化的衬管。采用网格状结构或曲面设计有助于调节和扰乱样品流,改善样品混合和挥发性能。
低压降进样口衬管
安捷伦低压降进样口衬管 (5190-2295) 针对分流进样进行了优化。
- 中部放置玻璃毛可改善流体性能 — 增加热表面积,混合挥发性组分以及擦拭针尖,确保样品完全转移。
- 扩口型下部锥形结构可将分析物流引导至色谱柱柱头。
- 放置在衬管底部的玻璃珠可确保衬管底部和进样口密封垫表面之间有足够的间隙,使进样口能够充分排气,而不会出现反压过高的情况。
