一般描述

当使用含有2╳10^-6 M PKH26终浓度染料的2ml染色终体积时，该试剂盒可提供足够用于每个具有2千万个细胞的25个样本的染料，以及足够用于每个具有2千万个细胞的5个样本的稀释液。用户必须根据他们的细胞类型和实验目的确定最佳的染料和细胞浓度。

应用
