1 kb Plus DNA Ladder 是由单独制备的 PCR 产物混合而成，共有 12 条 DNA 片段，已加入上样缓冲液，可直接电泳，每次上样 6 µl，为便于电泳后观察， 1000 bp 条带最亮，每次用量约为 100 ng，其它条带的 DNA 每次用量约为 50 ng。
