Introduction:
It is an optical isomer of simentan and a new positive inotropic drug. It mainly increases the sensitivity of myocardial contractile protein to Ca2 + and opens the K + channel sensitive to adenosine triphosphate (ATP) enzyme on the cell membrane, so as to expand peripheral blood vessels and coronary arteries while increasing myocardial contractility and reduce the front and rear load of the heart.


Function:
