Proteinase inhibitor. It can strongly inhibit membrane proteases, protease release enzymes, fibrinolytic enzymes such as fibrinolysin, fibrinase, and the classical pathway Cl r-, Cls- of the complement system, as well as other trypsin-like aspartic acid protease proteins. It has inhibitory effects on phospholipase A2, trypsin bound to α-macroglobulin in vitro, and the same as free trypsin, on acute pancreatitis, acute deterioration of chronic pancreatitis, acute pancreatitis after surgery, acute pancreatitis after pancreatic duct imaging, and traumatic pancreatitis, etc., as acute conditions.
