Product Description :This product is cross-linked Aflatoxin M1 to Horse radish peroxidase (HRP). It is useful as an antigen-labelled peroxidase paired with the anti-Aflatoxin antibody in a direct ELISA.

ormulation: Lyophilized powder.

Conjugation： Aflatoxin M1 methylcarboxyloxime linked to HRP via amine acylation.AFB1/HRP molar ratio:1:1 

ELISA Titer： OD50 ELISA titer for AFM1-HRP is approximately 0.05-0.1 ug/mL in plate immobilized with 0.25 ug /mL of rabbit anti-AFM1 (ICP1798). OD signal was 50% inhibited by 1 ng/mL of free AFM1

Applications： Direct ELISA : suggested use concentration: 0.1-0.25 µg/mL 

Storage & Stability：  Product is stable for at least 30 days at room temperatures. For extended storage, store at –20ºC. Expire date is six months from the date of shipping if stored properly.

Direct competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized anti-AFM1 (ICP1798, 0.2 ug/uL) and AFM1-HRP (ICP1788, 0.1 µg/mL), 50% inhibition occurred at 0.5-1 ng/mL of free AFM1 in a non-optimized conditions
