Description:Bismuth subcarbonate is the the white powder,no smell or taste.Its relative density is 6.86,decomposes carbon dioxide bismuth oxide at the temperature 308℃.Gradually decomposes and degenerate under the light.Undissolved in water or ethanol,easily dissolves in inorganic acid(nitric acid,hydrochloric acid),acetic acid and ammonium chloride solution,slightly dissolves in alkali metal carbonate solution.
Usage:As astringent and X-ray diagnosis opacifier in medical industry,also can treat the gastric and duodenal ulcer,bacteria red dysentery,amoebic dysentery,acute mucosa permeable gastritis,enteritis,diarrhea,skin disease,eczema and crystal rash as well external remedy of fire wound.
