Soya peptone is the product of soybean meal after hydrolysis, Comply with the regulations of the The People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia method. Except for Nitrogen compounds, it also contain a very high Carbohydrate and widely used. More important is soy peptone also contain stachyose, raffinose, saccharose and many kinds of reducing sugar, which could satisfy specified requirements.
