The kit includes 96-well ELISpot strip plates (8 wells x 12 strips) pre-coated with monoclonal antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-ALP and ready-to-use BCIP/NBT-plus substrate.Pre-coated plates reduce assay time and minimize variability. In addition, strip-plates are ideal when running a limited number of wells.
