诱导分化新科技!TASCL-3D细胞培养板

近年来,3D 培养对细胞团(球体)的实用性正成为再生医学的热门关注方向。
细胞团三维培养/分化诱导微孔板 "TASCL"是利用独创的微孔加工技术和表面处理技术开发的适合细胞群培养的新科技产品。
TASCLTM通过(间距相等密集排列的锥形空间培养)微孔板是一种创新的3D空间细胞培养工具。可轻松高效地创建同质细胞形成3D球体或胚状体(EB)的细胞团。通过诱导干细胞(iPS)细胞的广泛测试,TASCL有望在再生医学和体外药物筛选中发挥关键作用,可提供患者特异性结合疾病特异性精准医学研究。
使用TASCL培养的iPS细胞可产生多细胞团或含三个胚层的EB,这些EB要比在二维空间培养的细胞有着更好的仿生结构和功能,这有助于代谢、毒性和再生医学的研究!


 TASCL特点:
  1. 几乎均匀大小的球形细胞团 可大规模培养(一组约3600或约6000)
  2. 因为底部渗透,有利于培养介质循环,可使细胞长期保持良好生存状态。
  3. 高密度孔设计可减少培养基和试剂的使用。降低总成本→小而密度高
  4. 小室独特的设计允许养分和氧气循环,可以培养长达一个月,有利于对细胞进行诱导分化。
  5. 方便使用 → 只需从上方接种细胞悬液(无需离心机)并更换培养基
  6. 方便观察 → 将TASCL 放置在显微镜下便于观察细胞状态
