The DNASep­™ HT –  High Throughput DNA Separation Column uses alkylated nonporous polystyrene-
divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) copolymer microspheres for high performance nucleic acid separations.
These versatile columns can be used with a variety of HPLC Systems for DNA analysis, sizing, and
mutation detection, oligonucleotide analysis and purification, and RNA analysis and purification.
