Newton 7.0 FT-500 三维小动物活体成像系统

产品概述:
1、采用新一代深度制冷的CCD相机,暗电流0.0001e/p/s@-90℃, 制冷速度更快且寿命更长;
2、f0.7超级镜头,大大提高了单位时间内的进光量,从而有效缩短曝光时间,尤其适用于Luc报告基因检测的生物发光成像;
3、荧光成像采用双侧高强度脉冲LED阵列式扫描光源,多通道,激发强度比卤素灯更高。基于扫描方式,激发均一性≥99%;
4、10位发射滤光片轮,搭载9个专用窄波滤光片,满足多种染料的检测需求;
5、涵盖光谱分离功能,通过多种不同波段激光的多重扫描,进行光谱拆分
6、具有拓扑和断层成像技术,实现光学三维成像,精确定位信号源;
7、具有可升降的CCD相机,可X,Y轴移动的载物台从而实现三维控制,尤其是满足对小鼠局部成像的需求,获取更多细节;
8、配备小鼠专用恒温台,兼容小鼠麻醉系统,最大通量可达5只小鼠。
