链霉亲和素(SA)为4个相同亚基形成的四聚体蛋白质,分子量约为60 kDa,可以同时结合4个生物素分子。与鸡蛋清来源的亲和素(Avidin)相比,SA无糖基化,等电点为中性或略酸性,其非特异性结合比Avidin低很多,检测时非特异性背景就很低。
辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)是一种含亚铁血红素的糖蛋白,分子量约为40kDa,能与底物孵育产生一种着色、荧光或发光标记的分子衍生物,这种现象使之广泛应用于分子生物学、生物化学、免疫学等领域的检测。

Horseradish peroxidase labeled streptavidin SA-HRP is obtained by crosslinking streptavidin (SA) and horseradish peroxidase, and can be used for the detection of biotinylated proteins, DNA, RNA and other samples. It is often used as a signal amplifier to improve the sensitivity of detection.
Streptavidin (SA) is a tetramer protein formed by four identical subunits, with a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa, and can simultaneously bind to four biotin molecules. Compared with avidin derived from egg white, SA has no glycosylation and a neutral or slightly acidic isoelectric point. Its non-specific binding is much lower than Avidin, resulting in a low non-specific background during detection.
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is a glycoprotein containing heme, with a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa. It can be incubated with substrates to produce a colored, fluorescent, or luminescent molecular derivative. This phenomenon makes it widely used in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, and other fields for detection.
The following table shows the recommended dilution ratios for conventional use. During the actual experimental operation, the dilution ratio of SA-HRP can be adjusted appropriately according to the specific experimental situation.
