EpiSkinTM is an in vitro reconstructed human epidermis from normal human keratinocytes cultured on a collagen matrix at the air-liquid interface. This model is histologically similar to the in vivo human epidermis. The model is widely used in the test and research in vitro of skin irritation (reference model of OECD-TG439 and China Industrial Standard SN/T4577-2016), skin corrosion (reference model of OECD-TG431), Phototoxicity, Genotoxcity, OMICS, Permeability, Bacterial adhesion, DNA damage, etc...
