mCherry-mRNA(3-O-Me-GAG, N1-Me

产品描述
mCherry也叫樱桃荧光蛋白、DsRed或红色荧光蛋白等,是一种被广泛应用的红色荧光标签蛋白,常用于分子的标记和细胞组分的定位等。mCherry是从蘑菇珊瑚(mushroom coral)中分离出来的单体红色荧光蛋白,相对于其他单体荧光蛋白,mCherry因为其颜色和单体分子的光稳定性,比其它荧光蛋白标签更优异,其最大激发光和发射光分别为587nm和610nm。
该产品已经是5’端加帽,3’端加poly(A)尾并经过N1-Me-Pseudo UTP修饰的mRNA,可以模拟真核生物中加工成熟的mRNA。使用3-O-Me-GAG以共转录的方式对mRNA进行加帽,形成了Cap 1结构,增加了mRNA的稳定性和翻译效率。修饰核苷酸N1-Me-Pseudo UTP的添加可以减少先天免疫刺激,增加mRNA的稳定性。Poly(A)尾的添加使mRNA更加稳定并提高mRNA的翻译起始效率。
