一 产品介绍

管材静液压用于测定热塑性管材、复合管材(如PP—R、PP—B、PP—A、PE、PE—X、PVC、PVC—U、PVC—C及铝塑复合管等各种管材)在长时间恒定内压和恒定温度下的耐压破坏时间或瞬时爆破的最大压力值,是塑料管材生产厂商及检测机构必备的。根据管材的不同温度 、压力和环应力,在工业控制机上输入不同的参数,高压泵产生高压液体,经过压力控制系统,由高压软管输送给介质恒温箱内的试样中,进行管材的长时间静液压试验。此设备能够充分体现企业的产品质量的水平。

二 特点

1本设备每路由三个电磁阀独立控制,并配备压力蓄能器,一路电磁阀控制管内高压液体的大流量,实现快速打压。一路电磁阀控制管内高压液体的小流量补压。还有一路电磁阀控制泄压,补压和泄压快速准确,使压力在范围内得到有效控制,大大提高了试验数据的准确性。

2采用气顶液加压方式,意大利原装进口压力泵,使用隔膜防水型蓄能器,压力传输准确可靠,保障了压力的平稳和准确性。

3多路分压,每路独立控制,并可以扩展至12路,可以完成不同压力、不同管径的实验,提高了实验效率和试验空间。

4压力变送器的采样频率可为0.01秒,提高了反应速度和控制精度,长期耐压实验稳定可靠.

5电控系统采用PLC(可编程控制器)和触摸屏操作,对采集处理信号,发出控制指令,对提高控压精度提供可靠的保证,具有试验参数设定,实时监控,数据采集分析,自动记录试验压力和耐压时间,设定耐压时间自动试验,曲线显示,单路爆破及时隔离等功能。

6本机具有断电保护功能,通电后可以继续实验,提高了试验效率。

7计算机可以实现对数据进行管理、计算、存储、打印等功能

8 双系统,实验即可以由电控系统和触摸屏完成,又可以由计算机完成,满足客户多样化的需求

Two characteristics

1 this equipment is independently controlled by three solenoid valves, and equipped with a pressure accumulator. The electromagnetic valve can control the large flow of the high-pressure liquid in the pipe, and achieve quick suppression.
The electromagnetic valve controls the small flow pressure of the high-pressure liquid in the pipe.
There are also all the way solenoid valves to control the relief pressure, the filling pressure and the release pressure are fast and accurate, so that the pressure can be effectively controlled in the range, which greatly improves the accuracy of the test data.

2. The pressure pump is imported from the original imported pressure pump in Italy, and the pressure transmission is accurate and reliable, which guarantees the stability and accuracy of the pressure.
