IgM 系列亲和层析填料（层析介质）及预装柱

IgM Capture Bestarose 系列填料是将含硫化合物2-巯基吡啶固定在琼脂糖凝胶上而制成的一种嗜硫亲和介质，其优化的配基密度和IgM具有合适的亲和力，细颗粒微球可以提高分子量较大的IgM的载量。嗜硫亲和的原理是利用电子供体和电子受体之间的相互作用来分离纯化生物分子，这种作用力在高盐环境下得以加强，在低盐环境下减弱。
