组成: 混合物为100倍浓缩水溶液,包含6种独立的蛋白磷酸酶抑制剂;强烈抑制所有蛋白磷酸酶的活性,包括蛋白丝/苏氨酸磷酸酶(PP1、PP2A、PP2B、PP2C)、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶(PTPs)、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶等。
储存: 4 °C 12个月有效。储存期间溶液如果出现灰色,不影响使用。
使用方法:
1. 取出蛋白磷酸酶抑制剂混合物(All-in-One, 100x),振荡重悬。
2. 按照1:99比例,加入组织或细胞裂解液中,混合均匀 。
