D15000分子量标准（D15000 DNA Marker）

D15000 是由单独制备的 PCR 产物混合而成，共有 7 条 DNA 片段，已加入上样缓冲液，可直接电泳，每次上样 6 µl，为便于电泳后观察，2500 bp 条带最亮，每次用量约 100 ng，其它条带的 DNA 每次用量约为 50 ng。

250，1000，2500，5000，7500， 10000， 15000。
