RevertAid反转录系列—值得信赖的反转录试剂

Thermo ScientificTM RevertAid反转录酶是一款重组型的M-MuLV反转录酶。其结构和催化特性不同于M-MuLV RT。本品拥有RNA和DNA 依赖的聚合酶活性，以及对RNA-DNA杂交分子中RNA的RNase H活性，后一活性显著低于AMV反转录酶。


  • 可合成长达13 kb 的全长第一链cDNA
  • 最佳反应温度为42℃，在50℃仍具有活性
