BCIP/NBT 是碱性磷酸酶（Alkaline phosphatase ,AP）的显色底物，经免疫反应固定的碱性磷酸酸酶可催化BCIP/NBT产生化学呈色反应，在蛋白转印膜阳性蛋白条带处原位形成蓝紫色的化合物沉淀。
