Ki67细胞增殖检测试剂盒（ICF/FACS法）

Ki67 蛋白是细胞周期相关的一种核蛋白，主要表达于细胞增殖分裂的各个时期（G1、S、G2 和 M 期）， 但是在静息的细胞（G0 期）中不表达。Ki67 常用于检测肿瘤细胞的生长指数（免疫组化法利用计算细胞总 数中的 Ki67 阳性细胞数所占比例得到 Ki67 指数）。
Ki67 通常通过标记抗 Ki67 的抗体（FITC 绿色荧光）和 DNA 染料碘化丙啶（PI，红色）而利用流式细 胞仪检测来实现对细胞周期的检测。
