随机引物

随机引物 (Random Primer) 是寡脱氧核苷酸（大多数为六聚体），用于通过模板生成标记的 DNA 探针，用以进行滤膜杂交或原位杂交，在 cDNA 合成中，随机引物可与带或不带 poly(A) 的 mRNA 结合。 这些引物是完全随机的，适用于以 DNA 为模板用 Klenow 片段合成 DNA 或以 mRNA 为模板用反转录酶合成 cDNA。 为了避免储备缓冲液的干扰，随机引物以低盐浓度缓冲液形式提供。
