一般描述
当使用含有2╳10-6 M PKH26终浓度染料的2ml染色终体积时，该试剂盒可提供足够用于每个具有2千万个细胞的25个样本的染料，以及足够用于每个具有2千万个细胞的5个样本的稀释液。用户必须根据他们的细胞类型和实验目的确定最佳的染料和细胞浓度。
应用
PKH26红色荧光细胞连接子微型试剂盒已用于:
- 标记小胶质细胞、自然杀伤细胞和脂肪前体细胞
- 追踪存活脂肪移植干细胞
- 体外增殖研究骨髓干细胞
- 常规细胞膜标记，包括体外细胞标记和长期体内细胞追踪。
