KeyTec® Renilla Luciferase Det

KeyTec® 海肾萤光素酶报告基因检测试剂盒是一种能够产生长半衰期、发光稳定、重复性高光信号的报告基因检测试剂盒。可以满足高通量筛选的需求，只需将底物和细胞裂解液混合后直接加入到细胞，即可检测细胞中海肾萤光素酶的信号。 本产品的反应原理如下图所示，试剂盒中腔肠素（Coelenterazine）与细胞释放的海肾萤光素酶进行反应，产生非常稳定并较强烈的光信号。通过测量光信号的强度，即可检测细胞中海肾萤光素酶的活性。
