IL2RA/IL2RB/IL2RG, Avi-His-Tag

IL2R (Interleukin-2 Receptor): comprises IL2RA (Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha), IL2RB (Interleukin-2 receptor subunit beta), and IL2RG (Interleukin-2 receptor subunit gamma). Recombinant human IL2RA encompassing amino acids 22-240, recombinant human IL-2RB encompassing amino acids 27-239, and recombinant human IL-2RG encompassing amino acids 23-262. Each construct contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a C-terminal His-tag (6xHis). The three IL2R subunits were co-expressed in HEK293 cells and were affinity purified.
