小鼠肝实质细胞分离培养试剂盒(P-CA-707)本试剂盒基于改进的经典原位灌流消化法分离提取小鼠肝实质细胞，每次实验（每Tests）灌注消化1只小鼠的肝组织后，经分离纯化后可获得 1×107 以上数量的肝实质细胞，经免疫荧光鉴定，细胞纯度（CK-18阳性率）>90%。小鼠肝实质细胞分离培养试剂盒(P-CA-707)
小鼠肝实质细胞分离培养试剂盒(P-CA-707)本产品适用于 28-84 日龄的昆明、C57BL/6、BALB/c 等不同品系的小鼠。先后经过灌流消化组织、密度梯度离心操作后，经台盼蓝染色和计数，测试可获得 1×107 以上的肝实质活细胞，细胞活率达90%以上。获得的肝实质细胞继续培养 24 h 后开始分化，之后逐渐丧失肝细胞形态特征，整个培养周期可持续1-2周。
