Magnetic Separator 磁座/磁分离器

The Magnetic Separator is a transparent plastic rack with 4 x 12 wells – two rows for 2 ml reaction tubes (left side) and 1.5 ml reaction tubes (right side), respectively. The middle rows contain magnets that are suitable for the separation of MagStrep "type3" XT beads and MagStrep "type3" Strep-Tactin^® beads, within seconds from a solution making the Magnetic Separator a helpful tool for efficient, easy, and fast batch purification of Strep-tag^®II and Twin-Strep-tag^® fusion proteins. The separation procedure can be interrupted by placing the reaction tube in one of the correspondent outer rows.
