韩国 LUNA-FL™ 双荧光细胞计数仪


   产品简介       

      韩国 LUNA-FL 是一款配备明场和双荧光通道的细胞计数仪,具有四种计数模式:明场细胞计数、荧光细胞计数、酵母细胞计数、转染效率计算,配备明场和双荧光光学元件,功能强大,可以评估细胞计数、存活率和GFP转染效率,可有效实现小于5um的细胞计数,可对除细菌以外的大多数细胞类型进行计数。能够对原代细胞、外周血单核细胞、淋巴细胞、肿瘤细胞、神经元原代细胞、干细胞、酵母、脂肪和脂肪干细胞、牛奶中的体细胞、精子、藻类等难计数的细胞进行准确计数。利用荧光染色技术大大提高了计数的准确性和稳定性,而且不受细胞类型或大小的限制。同时又将计数成本降到了最低。
