FEATURES:
TThe LC Carousel Centrifuge 2.0 is used to centrifuge PCR or RT-PCR samples in LightCycler® Capillaries. After the capillaries are placed into the LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel, the reaction mix is pipetted into the polypropylene cups of the capillaries, manually or automatically, using the MagNA Pure LC Instrument. The capillaries are sealed with stoppers, and the LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel is placed within the bucket into the centrifuge. After a preset centrifugation of 30 seconds, the LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel can be inserted into the LightCycler® 2.0 Instrument for sample amplification.

The LC Carousel Centrifuge 2.0 is an easy-to-use centrifuge with a specially designed rotor that can hold one LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel (for the 20 µl or 100 µl capillaries) of the LightCycler® 2.0 Instrument.
